Essentially a version of the Romano-Germanic Pontifical of the 10th cent. (see ibid.). Letter concerning the coronation rite from Paul Ward to Millar, n.d. (f. i). Square notation on four red staves. Vellum; ff. i+29. 293 x 210mm. Pricked and ruled (double bounding lines) in lead-point for single columns of 14 lines. Written space 190 x 128mm. Catchwords. Sporadic guideletters. Script is a Gothic textualis quadrata by one hand. Modern niger binding by W. H. Smith & Son.
