'A scale of perches': 80 perches to 37/8 in. [approx. 1:4088]. Shows area included on O.S. County Series Wiltshire 1:2500 (revised) sheet no. XII. 11, 12, 15, 16. Compass rose. Scale bar. Table giving acreages. Rococco cartouche of cornucopiae, vines, fruit and flowers. North-East at top. Barbary Down Castle shown, although partially outside farm, with depressions and tumuli, some of which are not indicated on O.S. Buildings in plan; field divisions, hedges, fences, trees, ponds, land use indicated. Field names and names of owners of neighbouring fields.
