[1701] (numbered in the same hand and evidently from the same source as the Albemarle correspondence in Add 63629, 63630); - (b) 'Charles III, King of Spain', 18 April [1706?] (with typewritten copy and translation); - (c) 'Votre Altesse' [Prince Eugene of Savoy], 3 Jan. 1709; - (d) William Legge, 1st Earl of Dartmouth, 3 July 1710. Partly French.
2. ff. 15-16. 'Articles separées' of a treaty between Great Britain, the United Provinces and Prussia; 30 Dec. 1701. French. Signed and sealed by Marlborough and the other plenipotentiaries.
3. ff. 17-35. Letters from Marlborough to Jacob Hop and the Deputies at Brussels; 1706. French. Signed. Printed in Letters and Dispatches of John Churchill, 1st Duke of Marlborough, ed. Sir G.
