MORGAN-GRENVILLE PAPERS (SERIES II). Vol. III. The Stowe Visitors' Book containing signatures of visitors to Stowe; 16 Oct. 1868-16 Sept. 1920. Begun by Caroline, first wife of the 3rd Duke. Includes signatures of members of the Royal Family, politicians, overseas guests, relatives and friends; one undated entry tipped in (f. ) by a daughter of the 11th Lady Kinloss, relating to the latter's marriage and to that of the 2nd Duke of Buckingham (1884 and 1885 respectively); a few autographs are tipped into the volume. Some entries for April and May 1885 are on a loose bifolium (f. ). For a few letters, etc., formerly kept loose in the volume, see Add. 70992.
