LORD CHAMBERLAIN'S PLAYS SUPPLEMENTARY PAPERS. Vol. VII. Chronological list of theatre licences, mostly 'occasional' licences for schools, church and other public halls, and similar venues. This volume carries on the function of the registers at Add. 71566-71569; the changes in licensing regulation is reflected in the changed format from the duplicate blank licence forms of the previous volumes to a lined ledger with a long succession of single-line entries, giving the name of the licensee, the theatre and its address, and the dates of the licence. There is an index at the front.
