B. Instructions agreed upon in Parliament for Commissioners, for surveying the forest of Sherwood ... at the Parliament begun at Westminster the 17th day of September, An. Dom. 1656. Printed, 1657. The commissioners in this version are named as Joseph Ayloffe, Thomas Skipwith, Jeremy Baynes, Adam Ayre Esqs, and William Marr, Gent. The main differencess between this and the MS version at 71599 A appear to be the inclusion in the printed text of extensive detail relating to the representatives of the proprietors of land in the other areas, apart from Sherwood itself (pp. 3-4) and to methods of solving disputes, including hearings before juries and a Commitee of Appeal (pp. 3-11).
