TRUMBULL PAPERS. Vol. CXLIII. William Trumbull: List of his correspondence; 13 Sept. 1609-25 Sept. 1625. Fair copy, with revisions and annotations. These brief entries comprise 2741 numbered items arranged, largely in chronological order, in twenty-seven divisions comprising a hundred items each, the last century being incomplete. The originals are distributed throughout the former Alphabetical and Miscellaneous Series and the Minutes of Letters.

Paper: ff. [76]. 304 x 188mm. Thirty-seven numbered bifolia side-sewn into a paper wrapper. A note on the front cover (f. i) reads 'A Series of Mr Trumbulls, (Agent wth ye Archduke) Correspondence from 1609 to 1625; in the Order of Time; & most of these Letters are not in the 2 Large Volumes in MSSt belonging to Easthamstead Gallery - The Originals are to be found in Boxes A. B. C.'. The first leaf is annotated 'A General Title to the Letters of Mr Trumbulls \Correspondence/ from the beginning of his Publick Character in Sept. 1609'. Formerly Add. 28.
