1. ff. 1-24. Treatise on the state of relations between Spain and the States General and the effects of the war between the two; circa 1609. Dutch. Imperfect at the beginning. From Add. 15.
2. ff. 25-52. 'Discours sur l'Estat present des Provinces Unies'; circa 1609. French. Copy in several hands, with revisions in another. Apparently imperfect (see 'hic multa desunt' on f. 40). This tract, addressed to 'Messieurs' the States General, largely relates to the Twelve Years' Truce made with the Archdukes in April 1609. From Add. 19.
