Pycroft, 1855, from the copy in MS Lansdowne 798, ff. 70-77, argues for its attribution to Richard Onslow (d. 1571), Speaker of the House of Commons.
Paper: ff. 19. 292 x 198mm. Side-sewn tract collating 11, 28, 38, 42. Watermark of posts bearing letters 'IDR', similar to Heawood, no. 3492 (dated 1640): cf. smaller variant in Add. 72477 below. From Add. 47.
