S. 'Bell's Survey of part of Muffe', 1737 'Survey'd ye 11th of March 1736 per John Bell'. One map. Manuscript. 'By a Scale of 20 perches to an Inch' [1:625]. East at top. The plan is in a letter form sent to Thomas Bolton, counsel at law, Fishamble Street Dublin. It shows a single field, identified as 'Bryan Kirrlys part of Muffe'. Muff seems to be one of the localities near Carrickmacross, co. Monaghan, close to the place of business of John Bell I but this John Bell could be either John Bell I or II (Eden/Bendall B243). Purchased from J. L. M. Gulley, April 2001.
