1. Letters from Lady Spencer to her husband, John, 1st Earl Spencer, with a diary of the days following his death; [1769?]-1783.
2. Letters to Lord and Lady Spencer from their daughter, Georgiana, wife of William Cavendish, 5th Duke of Devonshire; 1764-1804. The majority of the Duchess's letters were returned to her family after Lady Spencer's death; some of their correspondence is printed in Georgiana: Extracts from the Correspondence of Georgiana, Duchess of Devonshire, ed. the Earl of Bessborough, 1955.
3. Accounts relating to the private expenses of Christian, widow of William Cavendish, 2nd Earl of Devonshire, 1654-1655, and papers relating to expenses at Chatsworth and Londesborough, 1774. Copies, partly in the hand of Lady Spencer.
4. Letter to Lady Spencer from her grandson, William Cavendish, 6th Duke of Devonshire; 1813.
5. Letters from and relating to her granddaughter, Lady Georgiana Cavendish, wife of George Howard, 6th Earl of Carlisle, and great-granddaughter, Lady Georgiana Howard, afterwards wife of George, 1st Baron Dover; 1795-1813.
