A. 'A Map of the Hamlet of Holme, part in ye Parish of Bigleswade in the County of Bedford, for John de la Fontaine Esqe' by Thomas Cleer; 1702. Scale: 25 perches to the inch [1:4950]. East at top. Depicts fields bordered by Baldock Lane and Bigleswade River. The sizes of the fields are marked, and the fields are numbered, referring to an abstract which details tenants names, size of their holdings, and rents payable. Roads and individual buildings are also marked. Presentation map.

B. Plans and surveys of Holme and Potton, co. Beds. Four sheets.
1. 'A Plan and Survey of the Estate in the Hamlet of Holme in the Parishes of Biggleswade and Langford. A. A Parcel in Stratton Parish and B. A Parcel in Langford Parish in the County of Bedford Belonging to The Right Honble Earl Spencer' by John Corris; 1781. Scale: 3 chains to the inch [1:2376]. North at top. Depicts named fields with total area of each, the London road, other roads and lanes, names neighbouring lordships and landowners, the River Ivel and Holme Mills, and farm buildings. Draft, possibly prepared on a plane table.

2. 'A Plan and Survey of the Inclosures in the Parish of Potton in the County of Bedford Belonging to the Right Honble Earl Spencer' by John Corris; 1781. Scale: 3 chains to the inch [1:2376]. North at top. Depicts isolated fields with connecting roads, neighbouring landowners, buildings, and Potton church. Draft, possibly prepared on a plane table.

C. 'Plan of the Rectory Estate in the Parish of Steventon in the County of Bedford Belonging to the Rt. Honble Earl Spencer'; [1813?]. No surveyor named. Scale: 6 chains to the inch [1:4752]. North at top. Heavily annotated plan of numbered fields with a key giving details of field names and sizes. Neighbouring landowners named. ‘Steventon 1813’ written on verso. Draft. Leaf with land tax calculations attached.
