Desmaretz; 1726. Scale: 15 chains to the inch [1:11880]. North west at top. Depicts named fields and farms, Sandridge village in the centre of the map, commons, woods, and greens, roads, and neighbouring parishes. Presentation map.

Depicts named fields and farms, Sandridge village in the centre of the map, windmills, River Lea, commons, woods, and greens, roads, and neighbouring parishes. The map is surrounded by tables giving details of the holdings of every landowner, freeholder, copyholder, and tenant, such as type of land, buildings, and total area of holdings, cross-referenced. C. ‘A Survey of a Freehold Estate at St. Albans in the County of Herts’; 1791. No surveyor named. Scale: 3 chains to the inch [1:2376]. North at top. Detailed plan of two pieces of land, one bordering Sand Pit Lane, the other bordering the St Albans-Hatfield road. Each plot is referred to in a key which describes the plot and gives its total area.
