B ‘A General outline of the Ground in St James’s Place where Mr Spencer’s House stands and the adjacent Buildings’; [18th cent.?]. No surveyor named. Scale: 12 [chains?] to the inch [1:9504]. Depicts property owned by Lady Burlington, the Duke of Bridgewater, Sir John Cope, and Crown properties by Green Park and St James’s Place. Lessee’s names also indicated. The Mr Spencer in question is the Hon. John Spencer. Draft.
