B ‘A General outline of the Ground in St James’s Place where Mr Spencer’s House stands and the adjacent Buildings’; [18th cent.?]. No surveyor named. Scale: 12 [chains?] to the inch [1:9504]. Depicts property owned by Lady Burlington, the Duke of Bridgewater, Sir John Cope, and Crown properties by Green Park and St James’s Place. Lessee’s names also indicated. The Mr Spencer in question is the Hon. John Spencer. Draft.

Scale: 1/3 mile to the inch [1:21099]. North at top. Plan of the suburbs of London bordering the Thames from Richmond to Pimlico, and north as far as Hyde Park. Contains plan views of the two reservoirs at Chelsea, and a circular garden with a pond in the middle. Presentation map.

Scale 40 feet to the inch [1:480]. Shows Stafford House, the Conservative Club, and St James’s Palace. Improvements to be made to roads and yards are marked.
