A 'A Rough Plan of North Creek Estate' [co. Norf.]; [18th cent.?]. No surveyor named. No scale given [approx. 1:4062]. Detailed plan of the farms and fields comprising the estate, with details of tenants and field sizes. Draft, possibly prepared on a plane table.
Ink and watercolour on paper. 884 x 2010mm. Three sheets.
B. 'A Plan of the Parish of North Creake in Norfolk' by Charles Burcham; 1815. Scale: 12 chains to the inch [1:9504]. North at top. Depicts North Creake village, surrounding fields, roads, and neighbouring parishes. Draft.
Ink on vellum. 563 x 696mm.
C. 'Plan of the North Creake Estate in the County of Norfolk the Property of the Right Honble Earl Spencer' by Joseph Gilbert; 1858. Scale: 6 chains to the inch [1:4752]. East at top. Depicts North Creake village, surrounding fields, roads, and neighbouring parishes. The fields are numbered referring to a key at the side of the map which gives details such as the name of the field, its size, and the tenant. Presentation map with annotations suggesting it was later used as a draft for another version.
