Scale: 3 chains to the inch [1:2376]. North at top. Depicts named fields with sizes, with owners or tenants of some plots named. Rivers Penk and Sow and the Worcestershire and Staffordshire Navigation, isolated buildings, neighbouring lordships and landowners, roads and paths, ponds, and woodlands are shown. Draft, possibly prepared on a plane table.
