B. ‘A Plan and Survey of Withibrook Lordship in the County of Warwick Belonging to The Rt Honble Earl Spencer’; 1748. No surveyor named. Scale: 9 chains to the inch [1:7128]. North west at top. Depicts village buildings and the surrounding fields. The fields are numbered in anticipation of their details being entered in the key, the grid for which is present but it has not been filled in. Roads are marked and neighbouring lordships are named. Draft.

A numbered key gives the name, description, size, and occupier of each plot of land. Pencil annotations indicate which parcels are occupied by the Prior's Marston Allotment and Small Holding Association, which parcels are under new occupiers, or have been sold. Presentation map with annotations suggesting it was later used as a draft for another version.
