Althorp Papers. Vol. mmdcccxxxv. Maps and plans of Duston, co. Northt.
A. 'Plan of an Estate in the Parish of Duston near Northampton', by Messrs Hayward; 1861. Scale: 3 chains to the inch [1:2376]. North at top. Depicts farm buildings, fields, and roads. A key names each field, describes the type of cultivation, and gives its size. Presentation map with annotations suggesting it was later used as a draft for another version.
Ink and watercolour on paper. 885 x 755mm.
B. 'Plan of proposed rifle range in the parish of Duston in the County of Northampton' by Messrs Hayward; [19th cent.?]. Scale: 3 chains to the inch [1:2376]. East at top. Plan of range to the south of Dallington and Harlestone heaths.
