B. 'A Plan and Survey of Strixton Lordship and of Four Parcels A, B, C, & D in the Lordship of Grendon in the County of Northampton'; [18th cent.?]. No surveyor named [John Corris?]. Scale: 9 chains to the inch [1:7128]. North at top. Depicts named fields, with sizes, roads and paths, buildings, and neighbouring lordships. Draft.

C. 'The Parish of Strixton in the County of Northampton, the property of the Right Honble John Charles, Earl Spencer, surveyed under the Tithe Commutation Act in 1843', by Joseph Gilbert; 1843. Scale: 3 chains to the inch [1:2376]. North at top. Certified as a correct copy of the map referred to in the Apportionment of the Rent-Charge in lieu of Tithes by the Tithe Commissioners for England and Wales [William Blamire and T. W. Buller] and by Robert K. Dawson, Assistant Tithe Commissioner. Depicts numbered fields, roads, buildings, a river, and a railway. Draft.

D. 'Apportionment of the Rent-Charge in lieu of Tithes in the Parish of Strixton in the County of Northampton'; 1844. Schedule of lands, valuations, and rents payable to the landowners, the Rector of Strixton, Earl Spencer, and the Vicar of Wollaston, in lieu of tithes. The schedule lists the tenants of Earl Spencer, the name of the land occupied, its state of cultivation, its size, and the total rent payable.

Depicts numbered fields, properties, and woodlands, referring to a key which gives details such as occupier, name and size of each field. Draft, possibly prepared on a plane table.
