A. 'The Mannor of Coomb-Nevil in the County of Surrey' by Thomas Nunnes; [circa 1671]. Scale: 20 perches to the inch [1:3960]. South at top. Depicts named fields, with sizes, and coppices bordering the London-Kingston and Croydon-Kingston roads, and Norbiton Common. The site of the manor is indicated.

B. 'A Plan of Coombe-Neville Estate in the Parish of Kingston-upon-Thames. Also of 4 Closes nos. 129, 130, 131, & 132 in Merton Parish in the County of Surrey Belonging to The Right Honble Earl Spencer' by John Corris; 1787. Scale: 3 chains to the inch [1:2376]. North at top. Depicts fields, some named, most with sizes indicated, bordering Richmond Park, Norbiton Common and Kingston Hill Common. Parish boundaries, public houses, roads, and estate buildings are marked, as are gardens and water features. Draft, possibly prepared on a plane table.

C. 'The Manor of Coomb-Nevil in the County of Surrey'; [18th cent.?]. No surveyor named. Scale: 20 perches to the inch [1:3960]. North at top. Depicts named fields, with sizes, and coppices bordering the London-Kingston and Croydon-Kingston roads, and Norbiton Common. Large collection of buildings with gardens and water features is depicted in the centre of the map. Some other isolated buildings are marked. Draft.

D. Untitled plan of land in the vicinity of Coombe Neville; [18th cent.?]. No surveyor named. Scale: 5 chains to the inch [1:3960]. North at top. Depicts the warren, named fields with sizes, roads running through the grounds, Lord Spencer’s properties and lands, isolated buildings such as stables, an ice house, and cottages, gravel pits, and the line of an intended new road so the Kingston-Croydon road can by-pass the Spencer house. Draft.

Depicts Coombe Lane (the Kingston-Merton road) bordered by Coombe Warren and Coombe Wood to the north and the lands surrounding Coombe House to the south. South of Coombe Lane, the course of the new road is indicated travelling across the fields. Presentation map.

G. 'Tracing of part of the Coombe Neville Estate'; [1861]. No surveyor named. Scale: 6 chains to the inch [1:4752]. North at top. Depicts two farms’ land bordering the London-Kingston road and Wimbledon Common. With note of 13 Nov. 1861 indicating that the land depicted is wanted by the Duke of Cambridge for addition to his estate.
