Thomas Nicholls; 1807. Scale: 4 chains to the inch [1:3168]. West at top. Depicts colour-coded holdings in the North and South Fields, the River Thames, roads, and field names and sizes. On verso is a note signed by the Deputy Steward to the effect that Nicholls, appointed by the Lord of the Manor, surveyed Rucker’s estate and produced the plan of his copyhold. At Mr Rucker’s request the plan was entered on the rolls of the manor.

Notebook entitled 'A Map of the South & North Common Fields in the parish of Wandsworth, Surrey (copied from an ancient map made in 1720) was corrected so as to correspond with this Book of Reference, in 1808 for Daniel Henry Rucker'; [1808?]. Despite the title it chiefly relates to a survey of the common fields of Wandsworth in 1706. Gives details of tenants and field sizes.
