1. ff. 1-54. Two drafts of ‘The Alliterative Twins’ with [italics]autograph[/italics] revisions; n.d. A series of poems published in [italics]Collins Magazine for Boys and Girls[/italics], Jan. 1948-Feb. 1949. Originally titled ‘The A.B.C Twins’.
2. f. 55. [italics]Autograph[/italics] draft of [‘Christmas in Spain’]; [1938]. Poem written in support of the ‘Milk for Spain Fund’ during the Spanish Civil War, which appeared on a Christmas Card with a verse by Low. Material relating to the ‘Milk for Spain Fund’ and copies of promotional literature featuring Eleanor Farjeon’s poem can be found in the Labour Party Archives, LP/SCW/1/25i-LP/SCW/1/32iiii, in the Manchester University Labour History Archives and Study Centre.
3. ff. 56-58. Two drafts of ‘It Was Long Ago’ with [italics]autograph[/italics] revisions; n.d. First published in [italics]Silver-sand and Snow[/italics] (1951).
