1. from Blakeney to Wise, 27 March 1930, sending him 'something (2 copies) of mine - the Three Poems of Austin Dobson', and thanking him for the loan of the MSS (ff. 173-173b).
2. from A. T. A. Dobson, son of Austin Dobson, to A. J. Collins, Keeper of MSS. at the British Museum, 31 Aug. 1954, stating that Three Unpublished Poems was a piracy, and that Blakeney had claimed that T. J. Wise employed him to print it. The letter further states that the poems were early poems, and that Austin Dobson had been anxious to prevent their 'resurrection' (ff. 173*-173*b).
