'The English Revolution of 1848': a poem by Dante Gabriel Rossetti; 1848. Autograph fair copy, entitled as above, written on both sides of a quarto leaf of grey laid paper. Watermark stringed bugle on crowned shield above the letters 'GW'. The poem is dated 'March 1848' in Rossetti's hand. The note 'By G. C. D. R.' has been added in another hand, apparently that of Gabriele Rossetti. The poem was printed by W. M. Rossetti in The Works of Dante Gabriel Rossetti, 1911, pp. 261-262.
