'Lessons for Stray Hours': questions and answers on the natural history of man and other primates, with water-colour drawings, by Edmund Gosse; written in his childhood circa 1857-1860. Autograph fair copy, written in pencil on both sides of two octavo leaves of cream laid paper, and one side only of another (f. 3). No watermark. The MS. is entitled as above in Gosse's hand.
