PAPERS relating chiefly to the disposition of the property of William Bentinck, lst Earl of Portland (ob. 1709), and comprising copies of the settlement on his first marriage with Anne, daughter of Sir Edward Villiers, in 1678; money accounts for the years 1691-1704; copies and translations of wills made by the Ear1 at various times (with original will of 1692, f. 110); inventories of his property, and other papers; chiefly in English and Dutch.
