1. Agreement of Jacob Tonson, junior, renouncing his claim to exclusive copyright in poems printed, by him for A. Pope, and engaging to include, in a general collection of his works, pieces already publislied by other booksellers; 5 Oct. 1713, f. 1.
2. Articles of agreement between A. Pope and Bernard Lintot, for the publication of the second volume of the Iliad; 10 Feb. l71.5/6 Signed by Bernard Lintot; with seal. Endorsed by A. Pope, with an acknowledgment of the receipt of 400 guineas, "the full contents of this agreement; " 20 May, 1717. f. 2.
3. Bond from Bernard Lintot to A. lope, to fulfil an agreement [relative to the publication of a translation of the Odyessey; see Egerton Charter 130]; 18 Feb. 1723[4]. Signed; with seal. f. 4.
