(1) Two leaves, not cognate, containing:- (a) portion of a philosophical treatise 'de forma'. f. 1;-(b) the opening of the 'Tractatus primus' of Rasis Muhammad ibn Zakariya (Abu Bakr), Liber ad Almansorem, translated by Gerard of Cremona. See the edition of Opera Parva, Lyons, 1511; see also Sloane MS. 282, f. 58, and Arundel MS. 115. Written probably in France, circ. 1300. f. 2.
(2) Two leaves from a Missal, not cognate. The Masses are from the Commune sanctorum and the Votive masses. Written in England, late 14th cent. Formerly the binding of Eg. 3653. ff. 3, 4.
(3) Leaf from a Sarum breviary, containing portions of the office for the dedication of a church; circ. 1400. Cf. F. Procter and C. Wordsworth, Breviarium ad usum... Sarum, vol. i, mcccclix-lxii. f. 5.
