Contains Vice-Adm. de Robeck’s report to the Admiralty on the Army’s failure to make progress after the landings; papers by Keyes and Capt. Godfrey on breaking the deadlock by forcing the fleet through the Dardanelles; a printed anonymous memorandum on the organisation of the navy for supporting an army advance in the Gallipoli peninsula, and Keyes’s printed notes on the memorandum.
