Aliens: papers rel. to the naturalisation of foreigners, particularly children, in Britain and the colonies; some papers relate to Norwich and Norfolk; some papers and annotations by Walpole; includes a paper by Walpole: " Some thoughts on a general naturalisation "; an anonymous pamphlet with a similar title was published in 1751; [ aft. June 1731? ] - [ 1755 ], n.d.
2. " Waggoners ": papers, with some covering letters, concerning waggons, waggoners, carriers and others; probably collected in connexion with Waggon and Carriage Bills planned in 1745 and 1751: in ten sections; left in section rather than chronological order; some annotated by Walpole; originally numbered XLV; list of contents; partly printed; [ aft. June 1741 ] - 1751, n.d.
3. " Wine ": statistics concerning the import of wine, the duties laid thereon, the case for their reduction; and clauses proposed for a bill; left in section rather than chronological order; originally numbered XLVI on a list of contents; ( papers relating to the Duke of Wurtemburg, numbered XLVII, are also mentioned on the same sheet, but the papers are no longer present); mostly n.d.
