Notes of Sir Robert; apparently for a speech on the Excise; with related speech and other notes; includes notes on the " Abstract of the Virginia Petition ", rel. to tobacco, and notes on papers and bills of others on the same subject; together with a paper in Sir Robert's hand: " A Com[m]ittee of the whole House to take into consideration the State of the Publick Revenues."
