1. ff. 1-2v. Emanuele d'Astorga: adaptation to the words 'Tantum ergo' of 'O quam tristis et afflicta' from his 'Stabat mater', for three voices and keyboard; 1829. Vocal score. Copy in the hand of J. Nyren of Battersea, with an inscription from him to Vincent Novello.
2. ff. 3-3v. Thomas Attwood: Sanctus and Responses, for SATB; 1831. Chorus score. Autograph. The responses have been crossed through. For an autograph of the organ score see Add. 65488, ff. 22-22v.
3. ff. 4-10v. Franz Gregor Bühler: The opening 'Kyrie' from the Mass in G major, op. 1 no. 1 (Augsburg, 1814), for four voices and orchestra; after 1819 (watermark). Full score. Copy (?) Incomplete, lacking most of the voice parts and some of the instrumental parts.
4. ff. 11-12. Giovanni Bononcini: 'Per la Gloria', from 'Griselda', harmonised for SATB and keyboard by Vincent Novello; [after 1805?] (watermark). Vocal score. Copy in the hand of Vincent Novello.
5. ff. 13-25. Orlando Gibbons: 'Grant, Holy Trinity', verse anthem, transposed from D minor to E minor and scored from voice parts and an organ book in Durham Cathedral by Philip Armes; after 1862. Vocal score. Copy in the hand of Philip Armes.

7. ff. 28-40. Edward Holmes: Motet 'O Jesu bone Pastor', for SATB and strings; after 1822 (watermark). Chorus score and parts for 1st violin, 2nd violin, 1st and 2nd violas, and cello and bass. Partly autograph, partly copy in the hand of Vincent Novello. The two-stave reduction included in the chorus score is incomplete. For version with organ accompaniment see Add. 65473.
8. ff. 41-42v. Albert Lottin: 'O Salutaris', for SSTB and keyboard; 1842. Vocal score. Autograph, with revisions in the hand of Vincent Novello, to whom the manuscript is inscribed by the composer (f. 41).
