1. Account of debts owed by Robert Hedges, book-keeper to the East India Company, signed by Edward Littleton, Consul at the Bay of Bengal; 1706/7.
2. Personal cash book of Robert Pitt, covering his travels to China and India, and his journey to England, etc.; Oct. 1700-5 July 1705. One entry for April 1703 is annotated by George M. Fortescue as possibly referring to the carrying of the Pitt Diamond to England in the Hampshire (but see Sir Tresham Lever, The House of Pitt (1947), p. 15). An entry for 1 Nov. 1702 also refers to diamonds.
