Nicholl, last Honorary Secretary of The Ghost Club, containing a short history of the Club, followed on ff. 8-24 by a list of its archives, particularly 52270-52272, to which have been added their present Additional MS. numbers and folio references. Preceded (f. ii) by a letter from Nicholl to Eric George Millar, as Deputy Keeper of Manuscripts, outlining the circumstances of the gift to the British Museum, 7 July 1938. Original ink foliation, 1-24.
