Martha, romantic comic opera in four acts, 'composed by Flotow … adapted and arranged expressly for the Pyne & Harrison English Opera Company', by T. H. Reynoldson. Printed (B. Williams, n.d.) Licence sent 12 October 1858 for performance at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane 11 October 1858. Cover signed W. Harrison. Music for vocal lines and words for songs included. Publisher's advertising at back of the text. LCO Day Book Add. 52703 records the stipulation that the word 'Lord' be substituted with 'heaven'. The opera was first performed in Vienna in 1847, with a German text by W. Friedrich.
