MOREAU DE JONNES PAPERS. Vol. II B (ff. 44). Maps, plans, section and views, coloured and in wash, of the island of Martinique, together with views of Dominica (f. 40), St Kitts (f. 43) and Nevis (f. 44) in the Antilles, drawn by Moreau de Jonnès; circa 1808-1810. See also his Histoire Physique des Antilles Françaises, 1822. Five of the original eight maps from the contents list on f. 1 and two views from the contents lists on ff. 6 and 16 are now missing. The remaining maps, plans and section are as follows:–

1. f. 2. 'Carte physique de l'aire d'action du volcan éteint de la Montagne Pelée'. Scale: 200 toises to 40mm. 365 x 225mm. Partly coloured.

2. ff. 3v-4. 'Carte physique de l'aire d'action du volcan éteint du Carbet'. Scale: 2000 toises to 58mm. 380 x 475mm. Partly coloured.

3. f. 5. 'Carte physique de l'aire d'action du volcan éteint des Roches Quarrées'. Scale: 2000 toises to 58mm. 240 x 385mm. Partly coloured.
