'REMARKS AND OBSERVATIONS made upon several of the sea-ports in France and Spain during a journey in those countries in the years 1767 and 1768, performed by Major Hugh Debbieg of the Corps of Engineers', with elaborate coloured plans; preceded by the author's letter, dated London, 16 Jan. 1775, presenting the work to the King and describing his purpose and method.
