'BESCHREIBUNG der Grafschat Sayn-Altenkirchen', consisting of a full description of Altenkirchen in Prussia and the three districts of Bendorf, Friedewald, and Freusburg, all part of that share of the Grafschaft of Sayn which descended to the Margraves of Brandenburg-Anspach, with particulars of population, soil, food, religion, form of government, administration of justice, mines, forests, hunting, fisheries, taxes, and revenues, drawn up and signed by W. (?) von Ompteda. Followed by seven appendices containing summaries, in tabular form, of similar particulars, among them being (a) a list of salaries and names of government officials (f. 38), and (b) a comparative cash-account for the ten years 1772- 1781, extracted 31 Mar. 1783, and signed by Christoph Heinrich Stadelmann [Secretary of State]. f. 42.
