'SOLIDA atque in Actis Publicis et Pactorum Tabulis fundata demonstratio quod statibus Curlandiæ tanquam Vasallis feudi inclyto Poloniæ regno certis conditionibus oblati ducale regimen ac ius habendi et eligendi Germanum principem vigore pactorum utique competat. Anno mdccxliii.' In two parts, preceded by a preface, and followed (f. 104) by an index and (f. 118) by a small treatise entitled 'Indissolubile vinculum obligationis reciprocæ et mutuorum pactorum inter inclytum Poloniæ ragnum et ducatum Curlandiæ adversus contrarios præiudiciorum impetus salvum'. A note on f. 1 refers to no. 4586 on p. 556 of Bibliotheca Rinckiana (a catalogue of books and MSS. of Eucharius Gottlieb Rinck, publ. Dresden, 1747, cum praefatione A. F. Glafey), of which the title is 'Solida demonstratio quod statibus Curlandiæ nullum ius liberæ electionis competat. 1743.
