Vellum and paper mixed; fF. 172 (including fly-leaves, etc.). End of xivth cent. On f. 3 are notes of the admission of the following rectors of Taleton [Talaton, co. Devon]:-Hen. Webber, vice Nich. Vawtortt, 20 Mar. 1436 [7]; John Chyngne, 5 May, 1439; and Thomas Haygge, 6 Apr. 1443. At f. 1 is inserted a letter about the MS. from Francis Douce to T. Grenville, 28 Jan. 1819. Large Octavo.
