The instruments employed are clarinets (big and little), oboes, basset-horns, flutes, horns, bassoons, double bassoons, and bass horns, in score, with (in nos. 1 and 3) triangle, military drum, tambourine, cymbals, and bass drum, in separate score. 1. In C. f. 1. 2. In A flat. f. 9. 3. In C minor. f. 16.
ff. 26-41. Incidental music for flutes (including occasionally piccolo), oboes, clarinets, bassoons, horns, drums, and strings, mostly in score, by J. N. Hummel; 1833 etc.. Autograph. 1-3. The trio from the March in D (in parts), and Andante and Grave (in parts, except the triangle part in the grave); from 'Hadrian.' ff. 42-44. Concerto for mandoline, with 2 flutes, 2 horns, 2 violins, viola, and contrabasso or violoncello, in parts; 1799. Written by Johann Nepomuk Hummel for Bartolomeo Bortolazzi. Autograph. This volume contains the contrabasso or violoncello part. The parts for the mandoline, flutes, horns, violins, and viola, are in Add MS 32216 ff. 117-129b.
ff. 45-105. A concerto for pianoforte, with 2 violins, viola, basso, 2 flutes, 2 clarinets, 2 bassoons, 2 horns, 2 trumpets, and drums, in parts, by Hummel; 18th-19th century. Allegro moderato, Romanza, Rondo spagnuolo; in A flat (op. 113). This volume contains the parts for the violins, viola, basso, flutes, clarinets, bassons, horns, trumpets, and drums.
