ff. 1-12b. The pianoforte part of the Quartet in D by Johann Nepomuk Hummel, of which the string parts are contained in Add MS 32229; 18th-19th cent.
ff. 13-36b. Quartet in E flat for clarinet and strings, in score, composed by Hummel in 1808 for Count Friedrich von Sinzendorf; 1808. Autograph. It consists of Allegro moderato, Allegro molto 'La Seccatura' (in which the 4 instruments play against each other in different times, 2/4, 12/8, 3/4, and 6/8), Andante, and Rondo.
ff. 37-56. Quintet in E flat, for violin, viola, violoncello, double bass, and pianoforte, in score, by Hummel; 1802. It consists of four movements (—, Minuet, Largo, Finale). Autograph.
ff. 57, 58b. Sketches of Andantino in C, and Larghetto in F, apparently for Pianoforte; 18th-19th cent. [By Johann Nepomuk Hummel.]

For the first movement the composer afterwards substituted an Allegro con brio, which he has added in parts only, along with the parts of the other three movements, at f. 89.

ff. 138-148. Sketch [by Hummel] of his trio in E flat, op. 12, for horn, harp, and pianoforte; 18th-19th cent.
ff. 149-153b. Sketch of a Gavotte with variations, apparently for 2 violins, 2 violas, and a bass, in score, in the hand of Johann Nepomuk Hummel; 18th-19th cent. It is followed by an Adagio, and an Andante (founded on the same theme), in the repetition of which the pianoforte was apparently to be substituted for the bass.
