A. Letter from John Cokayn, Esq., of Ashbourne, co. Derby, to Laurence Lowe; Ashbourne, 1 Feb. n.y. (late 15th cent.). Endorsed with the address and '2' in a contemporary hand, possibly an archive location mark.

B. Account of possessions, rents and dues of the Dean of Lincoln in co. Derby, with particular reference to Wirksworth and Ashbourne; mid 15th cent. Latin. Followed (f. 225v) by a fragment of a rental for Wirksworth, compiled from a register; 15 Oct. 1422.
