Table of contents (f. 1), with missing parts crossed out. Ownership note (f. 1) of Cardinal Cesare Rasponi. Note (f. 87) from Orazio Patrizi to Monsignor [Giuseppe?] Casali, dated 7 March 1789. Old shelfmark in ink 'H.III.62' on paper slip (from lost original flyleaf) pasted onto upper left corner of front pastedown. '12' and '165' in pencil in upper margin of f. 1.

Paper; ff. 612, plus three unfoliated blanks after ff. 329, 612, and twelve after f. 508. Lacking 22 leaves after f. 86, 27 after f. 206, 7 after f. 543, 5 after f. 544, and 43 after f. 585. Modern pencil foliation omitting no. 237, repeating no. 271. Old foliation in ink '1-85' (ff. 2-86), '108-226' (ff. 88-206), '254-586' (ff. 207-543), '594' (f. 544), '600-643' (ff. 545-585), '687-712' (ff. 586-612), repeating nos. '312', '334', '445', 690', omitting nos. '604-606' and one leaf after f. 328. Lacks leaves foliated '86-107', '227-253', '587-593', '595-599', '644-686'. 275 x 204mm.
