TRACTATUS de "civilibus negociis:" a transcript by John Caley from a MS. in Holkham Hall library, formerly belonging to Sir Fdward Coke, followed by a copy of the same with the abbreviations extended; beginning, "Quoniam ea que in civilibus negoeijs frequenter accidunt." Cf. Harl. MS. 3,834, f. 122. At f. 1 is a description in the hand of Dawson Turner of the original, which he states to be of the xiith cent. Paper; xixth cent. Folio.
