Italian songs, for a soprano voice, with a bass (occasionally figured) for harpsichord, in score. Except where the contrary is stated, they are Cantatas and composed by Giovanni Buononcini. The MS was apparently begun in 1736 (see f. 2). The instrumental fragments on ff. 30b, 41b, 51b, 86b, and 116b are in a different hand, and appear to have no connection with the songs. 1.
