At the end is ‘A Kalender or schedule of the shipping of this kingdome, which have bin taken by the Enemy and lost at sea within the space of 3. Yeares last past’. Contemporary title, deleted, on verso of wrapper, ‘Remonstrance deliuered to his Majesty at Whitehall 7 Junij 1628’, docketed by Evelyn on front wrapper. Cf. BL Harleian MS 1846, arts 10, 11.
