ff. 1v-72v: The Recognitions Of St. Clement, which is dividied into five sections: (1) The first three books of the Latin version of Rufinus, and the start of the fourth book; (2) Against the Heathens; (3) Eleventh homily of the Greek; (4) From Tripolis in Phoenicia; and (5) Fourteenth homily of the Greek;

ff. 235v-251r : The History of the Confessors or Martyrs of Palestine by Eusebius of Caesaria;
ff. 251r-251v: A Panegyric on the Christian Martyrs by Eusebius;
ff. 251v-255r: A Martyrology, the greater part of which relates to the western martyrs and is arranged according to the order of the Syrian months, from Kanun Qadmaya to Teshri Traynaya. The names of the Eastern or Persian martyrs are given on ff. 254v-255r, arranged according to their clerical rank.
The manuscript contains a colophon on f. 254r, describing the work, followed by a doxology that states that the manuscript was completed in Edessa, in Teshri Traynaya 723 AG (412 CE).
There are occasional marginal notes, including one on f. 239v that describes the copyist of the work as Jacob. The note is dated 1398 AG (1087 CE).
The final page of the work is deficient, with only a fragment of the text and of the marginal notes on the back of the folio remaining. Many of the folios are stained by water, ink or oil.
