Comprising: (a) Printed copy of the poem mounted on to a leaf, annotated by the composer with notes for his setting (ff. 1-2); (b) Sketches in piano score relating to the sections from fig. 1 to fig. 6 (ff. 3-6), fig. 10 to fig. 12 (ff. 7-10) and fig. 23 to fig. 25 (f. 11) in Add. 58039; (c) Printed proof for 1914 publication, copyright Elkin & Co., with the stamp of Novello & Co., 27 November 1914 on the cover (f. 13), and with annotations in ink and pencil, partly autograph. Various sizes.
