Vellum (except f. iii); ff. vii+101. 288 x 173mm. Text block: 210 x 120mm. (ff. 1-43), 205 x 122mm. (ff. 43v-101). Written in 27 lines to a page (ff. 1-43) and 34 lines (ff. 43v-101). Two endpapers now lifted (ff. i, vi) are fragments from a [13th cent?] service book including parts of the readings for 3rd Sunday after Epiphany (Matthew 8: 6-8, 11-13) and the Circumcision (Luke 2:21). Rebacked contemporary binding of sheepskin over wooden boards, with grooves on the leading edges of the upper cover for two thongs which together with the upper covering are now missing. Bookmark of three narrow strips of sheepskin attached at the heads.

2. ff. 2-33v. Catalogue of the library of Titchfield Abbey; 1400. At the beginning is a description of the library.
3. ff. 33v-45v. Progressus, or itineraries from Titchfield to the other houses of the Order in England.
4. ff. 45v-47v. Assessment of the state of finances of Titchfield Abbey at the accession to the abbacy of Peter de Wynton in 1348, John Thorney in 1370 and John de Romesy in 1390.
5. ff. 47v-48. Acta pro munere benedictionis novi abbatis ab episcopo optinendo. The acta relate specifically to John de Romesy.
6. ff. 48v-86v. Acta de Houke. Account of law proceedings relating to the suppression of a chantry chapel at Hook, co. Southt. Included (ff. 74-76v) are an itinerary to Rome and an account of the expenses for the journey. At the end (ff. 85-86v) is a table of contents of the Acta.
7. ff. 86v-87. Note on the visit of the Archbishop of Canterbury.
8. ff. 87-87v. Note on the seating capacity of the refectory, volta and infirmary.
9. ff. 87v-100v. Formulary for letters.
10. ff. 100v-101v. Miscellaneous notes.
